Does anyone have any Board or Meeting Management software / site recommendations? Looking for something that is not costly, but that would help us manage agendas, minutes, perhaps documents and communications, and perhaps polling. Something accessible online and possibly even via app. There are loads of these services out there, but its a stab in the dark with any of them, and they can be costly.
