I would like to propose that our CT do an entire season of theatre about theatre. I need suggestions of well-known, successful, shows about theatre or theatre-related topics. We need everything: Musicals, Dramas, Thrillers, Comedys, etc. Here is the list of possible shows so far:

The Goodbye Girl
[Title Of Show]
Noises Off
A Life In the Theatre
Lend Me A Tenor

Thanks in advance for your help on this.

A two-act murder mystery, The Man in Seat 24 or (The Uninvited Guest), has a cast of 15- 8 females and 7 males is published by Brooklyn Publishers. www.brookpub.com
Synopsis: An irate, rude, and combative theatre patron (in your audience!) hijacks the cast, the crew, and his fellow theatre-goers and winds up stone cold dead at center stage. The Man in Seat 24 Or (The Uninvited Guest) is a murder mystery, a play-within-a-play, where a harried and frazzled theatre director investigates a murder--during a night of theatre gone wrong--and realizes that there is more to this evening’s performance than meets the eye.

You have got some good titles listed there.

How many shows in your season? I'm interested in seeing the final slate, though I'm not to sure mainstream audiences would get all the in-jokes nor appreciate the antics that comprise our theatrical lives for long.

I'm not here to squelch your goal but our audiences wouldn't want a whole year of us celebrating how great our milieu is; they like variety and feel-good stuff. Please, prove me wrong!
