You didn't listen!  Well, since I'm the playwright braggart in question I might as well hit you up with a review I recently received from a community theater (theatre?) in Scotland which put on my "Hamlet the Musical."

"Stewarton Youth Theatre really enjoyed your script. The cast
(aged 10 - 16) had great fun getting to know Shakespeare's
story in a really accessible way.

Our audience also loved the production and we had a lot of
positive feedback after the show."

My momma always said "If you don't toot your horn, who will?

You all have permission to email me back with congratulations!

This could make a fun thread... the good reviews we have gotten. We won't post the bad....
Here is something I recieved after a last performance of "The Purloined Players".....

"Just wanted to thank you your groups amazing performance, everyone in the audience appeared captivated and the quality of acting skills from the entire cast was dazzeling, I was grasping at straws trying to keep up with it all and finally  got sucked into one of the straws, just exactly where an audience member should be

Pack up your crew and head down the road with it , your story needs to be shared with every town housing a community theater out there"

The reviews of my last adaptation of Shakespeare went along the lines of:

"Oh my god.  Why was that Zombie trying to eat Claudio?"

So, I call it a success.
