Seems like I heard about it years ago, but I can't for the life of me remember the name. It's essentially a presentation of the Bible's entire Old Testament, but in a light-hearted way. Sound familiar to anyone?

It turned out to be one of my favorites. We did it on a very small stage in a multipurpose room in a church. No good power source, but we located 5 good 20 amp outlets and used "4-pack" dimmers.

My set had 2 main elements. There was a 3 sided rolling platform that was a hilltop on one side, Noah's ark on another and the stairway to heaven on the last. It was a 3 dimensional piece except for the ark. The other element was a large round disc that changed colors. The stage was very small, and the director wanted the disc to move around the stage. Of course I wanted it to be stationary in a corner so that I could back light it with an instrument and a scroller. Today I would do it with LEDs. I think the orchestra was 4 or 5 pieces and I put them in a booth stage left. It sounded great.

Very interesting.

We have often been limited to performing in a church. I need to do more research on the show and see if it's something that we would have an interest in producing.
