Have you tried to actually sample any of the tracks? I've now tried with both Mac and PC with no luck.
If someone else could try to sample the links on that page I would appreciate it. I can't get anything to play and I don't know if it's on my end or theirs. Try the ones for Anything Goes.
In the meantime I've sent an email. Hopefully they will respond quickly because the auditions are in about 2 weeks.
Thanks for the help.
I went there yesterday and tried the samples and they worked for me. I'm using WINDOWS 7 at work now. He was having some problems some time ago with the clips playing but supposedly he fixed that issue. He was traveling for a time I think and just didn't have access to fix them - but has done so since. And they work for me so I have NO idea what's going on. Have you tried updating your Real Player Software (even the freebie)? Don't know if that's the issue or not. But they do work on my end.
Anyway I know how he does these sequences. He has the scores - the complete orchestra scores, he inputs by playing each instrument one page at a time, one instrument at a time and the combines it all. He is an amazing player first of all but his sequences are done as closely as possible to having a real pit orchestra and can adjust all elements for you as you need it - cuts, key, nuanced and so forth. As I said, he's been doing this for at least 25 years. His equipment is nothing but the best, current technology for realism in the instrumentation and his knowledge as a muscial theater music director and pit player himself is superb. He understands the things necessary to make the sequences sound great but also how singers sing and the requirements for productions like these.
He should call you promptly. If he doesn't let me know and I'll contact him and tell him you're trying to reach him.
Good luck.
