We had a terrific opening night last night for our production of "Evita" with a high school cast.  A full house and a standing ovation!  A simple unit set and a big chorus.  We double-cast the title role and split the "narrator" part of Che between three boys.  I recommend this show for any school with talented singers.

Here's my production blog with lots of photos:  http://gdsevita.blogspot.com/ - http://gdsevita.blogspot.com/

Go for it!  - Dana

If the acting talent is equal to the tech talent, you've got yourself a helluva show.  I'm a little jealous.  Most of the theatre companies in my area fall into the "wing and a prayer" category - relying heavily on the imagination and goodwill of the audiences. - - - Nothing wrong with that... just sayin'...
