So here's the deal...I've ran a youth summer theatre program for about 5 years now and I've gotten a lot of return kids.  But the company I have been going through is somewhat a school play company.  So it's a little too easy for most of these kids and it runs a little short.  I would like to do a large cast show that would be good for kids and with minimal set and costumes due to budgetary reasons.   The kids range from 7-14.

Also I am looking for a community theatre production that would involve people of a variety of ages.  Kids to Seniors.  It wouldn't have to have all ages, I just want to try to get all on one stage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check out Babe - The Sheep Pig.  The rights are held by Samuel French.  It is a coustume heavy show, but they can be as easy or as difficult as you want them to be.  In addition you can use as many kids as audition.  The number of sheep you can use can be anywhere from 4-5 to 30-40 (there are two sets in the show).

We did the show in 2001, and are going to repeat it during 2011-12.  There are not a whole lot of quality kids show scripts, but this is one.

"Delia Dancer, Doughnut Girl," from Heuer Publishing, with a flexible cast of 21. www.hitplays.com
Synopsis: "Delia Dancer, Doughnut Girl" is a modern melodrama that chronicles a ridiculous day and the challenges and struggles of a young woman who makes a living manufacturing doughnuts and sweet pastries in a small town doughnut factory. Structured as a radio program complete with phony commercials, parody songs, audience participation, and listener call-in spots,"Delia Dancer, Doughnut Girl" stretches theatrical forms but is deeply rooted in awful puns and wrapped around an apple pie and a cup of coffee of small town life.
Types: Full Length Play, Community Theatre
Genres: Comedy, Melodrama
Cast: 6 men, 7 women, 8 extras, flexible cast, 21 total

Twenty-eight possible scripts http://www.lazybeescripts.co.uk/cgi-bin/Search_Results.asp?iMT=60&iAR=4&iC%281%29=2&iC%2813%29=2&iC%2819%29=1&iC%2820%29=1 - listed here but check the synopses, as some may not suit your purposes.
I have assumed a run time of at least 60 minutes.
I have not excluded musicals.

Within that list, my personal favourites would be
"Dracula - the final countdown" by Geoff Bamber
"Around the World in 80 Days" by Richard Cowling
"The Wolf Who Cried Boy" by George Douglas Lee
but your taste may be different!
