Has anyone done Disney's Jungle Book Kids?

I'd like to do it, but I'm concerned that MTI says its Kids version shows are only 35 minutes long. Is it really that short? Has anyone extended it longer somehow?

Thanks.

Surely that would be just the somgs, with linking dialogue, as in purely a one act concert performance?

I've seen it, and  yes, all of MTI's Kids Versions seem to run 35 to 45 minutes.

A local group usually does theirs as the culmination of a one or two week children's "theatre camp."

They're cute, but nothing great.  Better treated as a vehicle for letting kids show off in front of relatives, and not so much as an evening of theatrical entertainment.

Thanks! That's exactly what I wanted to know.

We did it.  Very cute...lots of little ones in animal costumes.  It's a good length for childrens' theatre.

Our childrens' theatre director does 4 shows of this nature each school year, then a couple more as camps in the Summer.
He has lots of show photos on his personal web page:  http://www.sjwillis.com/photo-gallery.htm - http://www.sjwillis.com/photo-gallery.htm
