Hello,

Our community theater has an education department that offers classes for youth and teens.  I have just been put in charge of the education committee and one of the topics on the agenda is revamping the pay scale for class instructors.  Although the goal of the classes is to help support the company by drawing youth in and providing a bit of cash flow for future shows, we also want to be able to attract quality teachers in the area to spend time teaching these classes!

Would anyone be willing to share their pay structure if they have a program such as ours?  Also, if anyone has some stellar curriculums they are using, please share!
Currently we have a "Reader's Theater" for elementary aged and "Acting I" type class for middle school aged kids.

Thanks!!!
