How about a game involving a list movies that can be summed up with one word from the dialogue?
For instance,
The Graduate - "Plastics"
The Treasure of Sierra Madre - "Badges?"
Citizen Kane - "Rosebud"
Raiders of the Lost Ark - "Snakes!"
The African Queen - "Leeches!"
