Greetings,

We are in the process of developing a youth theatre program. I will be the Artistic/Educational Director plus I am temporarily the president of the board.

I would like suggestions on how to get people to volunteer to be on committees. The first committees we will be forming are fundraising and education.

I'm glad I discoverd this forum and will probably be asking a lot of questions!!!
