I'm seeking suggestions for a play for two middle-aged characters, male and female.  The suggestions here are always great and I appreciate the help.

How about Norm Foster's "Here on the Flight Path" ( woman plays 3 different characters)?

Thanks for the suggestions.  I've done Love Letters, for Valentine's Dinner this past Valentine's, and I loved it.  I'm looking into The Gin Game and The Housekeeper sounds very interesting.  I think I'll order a copy of that.  Thanks as always.

What sort of length of show are you looking for?  Any particular genre?

The Endowment by Susan Scott
A Life Sentence by Mark Seaman

"Montana Love Story" - a wonderful 2-character play focusing on American artist Charles Russell. In the genre of "Love Letters." Contact playwright Robert L. Yowell at robert.yowell@nau.edu at the Department of Theatre at Northern Arizona University for information on getting a copy of his play.

"The Four Poster"..follows the marriage of a couple from their 20's to their 60's. I did it a few years back and it was a wonderful vehicle for actors.

I Do! I Do! - I can't remember who this is by, but it's a 2 person musical that follows the relationship from courtship to old age, and the trials that come with being with someone for so long.

A comedy called IT HAD TO BE YOU by Renee Taylor and Joseph Bologna. Very funny and quirky. Audiences really like it.
