Does anyone know of some good stage versions of "Miracle on 34th. Street" other than the one from Samuel French?

There's a version (actually, I never knew there was any other version) by Meridith Willson (of Music Man fame), which is now called It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas, after its most famous song. It used to be called Here's Love. It's licensed by MTI; I've never seen or read it, so I know nothing about it, except the song, of course.
