| This winter, I'm directing a Cabaret Night as a fundraiser for our community theater. I'm having 6 or 7 singers and a pianist to perform about 40 songs from various movies. I'm having some real trouble thinking of a good name for the show, though. Some suggestions I've received are "A red Carpet affair," "Singing with the stars," etc. But I'm not much of a fan of those. Something where the public could figure out that it's a singing show with movie songs would be perfect. Thanks! |

Not really a suggestion, but a group in my area a few years back did a cabaret-style night titled "Songs You Know and Love From Shows We Can't Afford to Do." ------------- Laughter guaranteed.
