Wow.. You guys doing your first?  Anyway, here is a rough outline of one of ours, it does change from show to show and be advised, we pay directors, producers, choreographers, rehearsal pianists and show musicians.

 
royalties and rentals
Director
Producer
Choreographer
Music Director
Reahearsal Pianist
Orchestra
Publicity
Set Construction
Set Dresing
Costumes
Props
Hair
Makeup
Lights
Sound
FX
Programs
Box Office
Intermission
Crew Food (during builds & Tech's we keep them from dispersing by feeding them!)
Misc.
 
Thats all I can recall at the moment, but I think its a fairly complete list for one of OUR shows...

Thank you for your help!! We've had a change in management/artistic directors/board/etc. and finding past records, plans, etc. is proving difficult! Your rough outline will help smooth our planning for this show.  Again, thank you!!
