We are changing our ticketing procedures and want to investigate third party ticketing companies. Is anyone using a particular software or service that is not-for-profit friendly?

Wow! I just got online to ask this same question! Thanks for posting this!

Oh, but I was looking for ticket printing software that I could do at home. Anyone use something like that?

Thanks!

We are trying to compare Ticket Turtle and Ticket Junior. Does anyone have experience or insight they can offer?

We are using Vendini, and it seems to be working great. It is real time and that was one of our biggest issues in the past.

Hey Stageman2,

Not sure if you ever made a decision about your ticketing provider but we would love to help or at least answer any questions you have.

Note: Thanks Joe for the endorsement!

Ticket Junior handles online orders, but do they also handle telephone orders?

Great question!

Question: Ticketjunior and telephone orders.

Answer: We do not at this time take phone orders on behalf of our customers.  However our system does have a process built into the administrative area that would allow you/your box office or your own call center to take phone orders and input them directly into our system.  The system also includes the ability to process the buyers credit card as well.

Let me know if you have any other question as I would be glad to answer them.
