Does anyone have a sample job description for an executive director of a community theater or small company?  I'm looking to draft one for a children's theater with no full-time or paid employees yet, but I think a sample from any small theater might work as a model.

A good theatre has to attract customers. It depends on their service, quality of films, standard of theatre etc. If these things go  well they will get lots of customers and more business.  Administration interns will also assist in the box office.
