I am looking at this play and wondering if anyone has done it?  It is a fantasy/comedy about a young girl, a supposed ghost and the town that tries to figure out what to do with the 2 of them.  I would appreciate any feedback...if you like it, if you don't like it, what the set was like, etc.   Thanks~

My! I haven't thought of that play in years - it was one of the first plays I was ever in, about 113 years ago. Tongue

I remember it being quite charming. As I recall, it's very establishment vs. the anti-establishment in an early 20th century kind of way. There were lots of school girls - and the setting was, as I recall, an outdoor village square sort of thing that had a gazebo and lots of urns of blooming plants...very fanciful version of a quaint town square.

I prefer it to his (far more famous and popular) The Madwoman of Chaillot.

Thanks for the input.  I am still looking, but this one is a serious contender!
