Do any of the CT's out there give scholarships? My CT is considering it, but we aren't sure of the proceedures/regualtions we need to follow. I t would probably be a smaller $ amount. maybe enough to cover the cost of a nice make-up kit or the like. Any input is appreciated.

We have a schollarship fund. I think we just take a part of the budget and allocate it towards the scholarship and appoint a committee to do the applications and review them and make a recommendation. If it's a small one I can't see there would be too much red tape to go through.

If you have a local Community Foundation, contact them to discuss your scholarship. The IRS rules have changed and are much more strigent so you want to make sure you are doing things right. The Foundation probably administers scholarships and will be willing to share their knowledge.
