Hi everybody -

I was just wondering if people would be interested in a "mini IMDB" type of database for your theater. It would have a lot of the features of the IMDB, but contain information on your theater's productions. That way you have an easy way to look up cast for a show, see who has been in what, etc?

Im thinking of programming something and didn't know if there would be enough interest. Not sure yet of the cost, if I would host it or let it be uploaded to individual theater web sites, etc.

Just kind of thinking out loud.

When I designed my CT's Website I had IMDb in mind as a template. Those who are in productions regularly absolutly love the fact that they each have their own page with everything they've done with RCP.

wow, that sounds like a rad idea. I was planning something similar a couple years ago, but the web programmer that volunteered flaked out.
