I came across a website that I believe I found through this site. The website had a number of royalty-free plays and some were ryhming christmas plays. I can't find the link. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

The script you are thinking of is probably http://www.lazybeescripts.co.uk/cgi-bin/Search_Results.asp?iAR=5&iSc=202&sTh=%5BAny%5D - Rhyming Christmas Gift by Gerald P. Murphy. It is indeed based on "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry.

However, whilst you can read the entire script on-line, it is not royalty-free. (The link above will take you to a synopsis, from where you can also get to the on-line text and to the pricing page.)
