Here are pics of the set and show.
Here are some in progress shots, with my initial designs. Any input is appreciated.
It went really well. The real challenges were the moving cable car, which I was happily surprised that many people could not figure out (I guess they never watched the Flintstones), and the fact that we were able to move the entire set offstage for the trolley, ballroom and finale sequences.
I still have to work on our projector set-up. But overall, I am pretty happy.

Beautiful! Was this for a high school? And how did all the sets move off stage?

Yes, it was a High School Production.
Everything is on heavy duty trucks with casters. It took actors and a running crew to roll everything on and offstage. In our theater, we have little flyspace but good sized wings.
On the last performance, they really had it down well, and scene changes went very quickly.

Love the set design and construction. Funny I just reread the script a few nights ago and was thinking about set design for this. Thank you for posting your picture, this may inspire others to look at this delightful musical.
