So We're doing To Kill A Mockingbird and it's in a black box theatre! problem is I feel like there's way too much stuff to fit in the area we have.

This is roughly how the theatre and the seating will look. The seating unit in the lower left hand corner is 9foot deep by 11 foot wide and the other two are 22 foot wide by 9 foot deep. We're placing the area where Scout Jem and the black townspeople stand in the courthouse on a 8X4 platform right behind that small seating unit but we still have to manage, two practicle houses and 3 porches plus a tree and a courthouse. This drawing was for example and not to scale. The black box is roughly 52 foot square and those squigly lines represent teasers and while they look like they're come out 9 feet from the wall it's really like three.

Can this be done and still look good or am I screwed?

Sorry...I'm having trouble figuring out your sketch.  The entire Box is 52 sq. ft. across or the performance space is 52 x 52?  One of the features of black box theater is the simplicity or entire lack of sets....maybe you should scale it way back but maybe I just don't understand what you are trying to do.....
