Does anyone know of any resources (internet or otherwise) for cost estimating for new community theatres? Our theatre group wants to develop an idea of cost per square foot for various size/types of theatres for the first phase of our "new theatre" construction campaign.

If you go to www.buildingjournal.com they have a
cost estimasting program for new construction of all
types of residential and commercial buildings.
