Hello!

I was offered a house manager position today at a professional theater in Boston. It is for 30 shows this season plus prep work finding a staff etc. I wold be responsible for concessions, ushers and making per and intermission go smoothly. The position is stipend and they asked me what I am looking for in regards to a stipend. I honestly don't know because I have always done this type of thing on a volunteer basis for non professional companies. Any one have any insight?
