I just assumed the VP role in my community theater board of which I have not been much involved in the past. I have an MBA so they wanted me in the position to help them get a better handle on their money problems. The first task I have place upon myself is to devise some sort of financial forecast from which we can see what our financial goals should be. Where do I begin. I am going to go over our expenses with our Treasurer Tuesday and see what exactly our expenses are and where from and how much money are we earning. I guess my biggest question is how do I break down the expenses and income and where should I get the data to support my forecast.
