I am a university student (KC's partner) working on a consulting project for a local theater. I'd like any input from people who know about offering acting classes/workshops.

1) How have you promoted theater classes/workshops?
Ads placement?
Brochures?
Internet/email?
Direct mail?

2) What types of promotions have been most successful in increasing workshop enrollment?

3) Do you have a structured system for promotion? If so, how does it work? How successful has it been?

4) Where do you distribute promotional materials?

5) Have you tried any special offers such as group discounts, multi class discounts, or other incentives for enrollment?

6) Are there any other factors you have found that have helped your theater school program achieve success?
-particular schedules (when classes are offered, how many classes in a series etc)
-specific offerings
-pricing changes
