Hello everyone,

My name is Skip Evans, and I am the owner and programmer of PenguinSites.com, a web hosting platform for non-profits and now theater groups with new modules I've added for on line ticket sales, show management, volunteer coordination and more.

The system is free to theater groups and we provide free support as well. Our revenue comes from the ticket surcharges, like Brown Paper Tickets. And we're currently exploring revenue sharing ideas so that theaters can actually earn money using our system.

I know this may sound like a business plug, but we've recently dropped our monthly fee, so the system is free to theater groups and we're getting a lot of enthusiasm from people we're talking to so I thought a post here would be welcome.

The system currently hosts Bartell Theatre here in Madison, WI (bartelltheatre.org), Mercury Players Theatre (mercuryplayerstheatre.com) and Kathie Rasmussen Women's Theater (madwomenstage.org).

They've all three helped us develop the system through active participating and ongoing suggestions during real live use.

We're very partner oriented, so we form relationships with our clients to help develop the system further, and all new features are added free of charge. You never pay fees for using our system.
