Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Multi Purpose Set for Sale

   Four Seasons Theatre (Madison, WI) would like to sell the set we built
for our August 2009 production of EVITA.  The set is the exterior of
stone buildlings and would
work well for a multitude of productions from KISS ME KATE, DRACULA,
ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, CAMELOT, ROMEO AND JULIET, and MERCHANT OF VENICE
(or any number of Shakespeare plays).

The
Union Theater, where the show was performed, is a full proscenium
stage.  Stage dimensions at:
http://www.uniontheater.wisc.edu/venues.html

The entire set easily fits in a 26 foot Uhaul Truck.  We were able to
assemble it with a team of 8 in under 4 hours and were able to strike
the set in under 2.5 hours.
