Hi everyone. I need everyone's help. I am scheduled to do one play but we can't get enough people to audition so I will be consider another play. Anyway, this play needs to have at least 5 characters and the roles should be able to be played by females. The play is for our Christian theater (see our web site at http://www.geocities.com/sonshinetheater ) but it does not have to be Christian just family friendly and hopefully royalty free.

Hmm.. if you're looking for an all-female cast, you could consider Steel Magnolias, which is a cast of six women. It's pretty much family friendly. There's also the female version of the Odd Couple, which has a couple of very small male roles in it.

Here are some plays that are cast for 5 to 10 females and 0 males. Several are appropriate for family audiences.
