Because the Rights Houses are mooting changes to their performance licence, in order to shut the gate on the rise in eletctronic recording & piracy tech equipment use. That could shut your group dowm or may fleece the individual members of thier property, goods & chattels to pay the fines. Who would find that the individual protection afforded under your Incorporation Act articles, may not be applied. As the Group could be deamed to have acted outside the law.
I know all those 's on 'Mytube' do it every day on the net, but I doubt your mob would want to become bunnies caught with thier pants down, used & abused as examples, - to keep others in line &/or honest!
