Hey everyone. I am literally going insane with Wintix right now and was wondering if anyone here uses that software? I am trying to create a new seating chart and it's not working and b.c. tec support is an additional cost, I can't call them to ask fro help.. LOL anyways, if anyone can help it would be MUCH appreciated!! Thanks!!!!!

I saw that no replied to your post. I'm sure at this point you either figured it out or gave up. I have a little bit of experience with Wintix and have a few customers that use a combination of WinTix and the Ticketjunior system that I could probably ask a few question to. Let me know if I can help.

I just found this website today and yes, we do use WinTix for our box office and it does make us crazy! Have you found an answer to your problem yet? Charlie |
