Hi Topper
Thanx for the suggestion. From the helpful info here, I'll get an 'ecru' colored paint or off white and apply thin multiple coats being careful not to allow paint to drip into holes. Can't spray here - no facilities to do so - too cold outside. Build a 4'x6' frame from 1"x2"s. Although I have both table & radial arm saw, I'll have Lowe's or Home Depot cut a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" pegboard in 4 same-sized pieces/panels. (straight edged) cuts). Then I'll attempt to carefully position the pieces/panels to leave a uniform gap between all the edges. Add some lighting, then take a look thru the camera lens. Router, or beveling just the edges that are butted together by hand might also be helpful. Looks like only 6 edges need to beveled. Mike |
