Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Mission Statement

   We were discussing at last night's meeting the idea of writing a mission statement for our group.  I thought this topic was discussed somewhere on this board but now I can't find it.  Can someone direct me to it or, lacking that, can you give us some advice on what a mission statement should include?  The question was raised becasue a reporter called for an interview and asked for our "mission statement".
