I did not make it to Dracula - I had my fall production well under way. But, I heard from my friend Jane who said it was great! The last show I saw at CTG was The Graduate. I couldn't attend Comedy of Errors, one of my all-time favorite plays.

Crown Point Community Theatre did it a couple of years ago. I'm in rehearsal with them right now for Glengarry Glen Ross.
Go to the website for the Northwest Indiana Excellence in Theatre Foundation - www.nietf.org - and under the member theatre list will be a link and/or an email address for CPCT. I'm sure someone there will be happy to share their experience with the show. |

LEt us know how this all turns out. Im a bit in the same boat, have a small troupe, they would like to do musicals, I have little/no knowledge of em. Best of luck, and am impressed you are taking this on.

Awesome ... I'll check out the NIETF web site. I hadn't thought to look that one over.
Maybe I can bring my group to see you all rehearse. Maybe. I've still not picked my fall play - I'm thinking of going with Almost, Maine and breaking out the parts to expand the cast. Lots of high schools are doing this with the show and having great success. I'll be glad to share my experiences, Keith. I'm going to see if I can get a student from Valpo University to help me with the show. Thanks for the well wishes! |
