I suppose it depends on your definition of "a lot" and "well-known."

"The Dixie Swim Club" has five women, no men, and is very funny.

"Doubt: A Parable" not exactly a comedy, but really good dialogue. Three women, one man.

"The Smell of the Kill" a deliciously dark comedy about four women whose husbands get accidentally locked in a new basement walk-in freezer. The question: should the wives let their husbands out? or take a walk to get an ice cream cone and stay away long enough to be sure the husbands are dead? Four women, two male characters (off-stage only) often played by one actor.

"Enchanted April" a charming romantic comedy. Five strong female roles, three good men's roles.

Don Zolidis (Google him) has three shows that might work - each has 10 to 50 gender flexible roles. "The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon", "The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza" and "SuessOdyssey". You might do well to check them out.

Another option is to do one of the "Farnsdale" plays. Not my cup of tea, but they are very popular with some groups I know, and the casts are mostly women.

Final consideration: Pick a Shakespeare comedy and do it with an all female cast.  The plays were originally done by all men, so why not flip the gender card over? "The Taming of the Shrew" "Much Ado About Nothing" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" would (to my mind) be the easiest to get away with. I would recommend getting (or creating your own) adapted, simplified version, rather than the original - just to keep things a little on the easier side.  (All that blank verse and iambic pentameter can be intimidating.) I have adaptations of my own I can offer, or just about all publishers have similar offerings.
