Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Wooden barrels?

   Any sources for cheap wooden barrels?  We're doing a pirate play and need things to dress the set when we're in the hold of a ship.  Thanks!

	You might get away with a cutout or 2 with barrels and crates painted on them. Wooden barrels aren't real hard to paint as far as set painting task go.

	We used those large plastic industrial barrels and painted them. We had to first put a layer of masking tape on so the paint would hold, but they looked great.
