Do most of you (CT) rent
your venue out to other events or productions? I'm interested in
getting an idea of how many do (or how common this is) and some kind of
an idea of rates, what the rental includes, and any extras you may
offer?

It depends on the county or township tax codes. We're a non-profit, so if we rent, it has to be performance based only. But, I'm pretty sure we could rent it out for other activities, IF we wanted to pay the taxes.
