Hello folks out there. I'm hoping this reaches a good costumer. I'm trying to create this sort of spinning look for a series of 8 dresses for a production I am doing and they need to have hoop skirts. As it stands I'd like to have a hoop skirt as a base, then a tuile petticoat, then a skirt overtop. Here is the video that I'd like to replicate. Please take a look at around six minutes into the video to see what dresses and how they move in space. If you've ever had to purchase these before please let me know what works best.
