   i live in southwestern ontario canada - any one know of a place where i can get some circus costumes for loan or rent??

i am looking at a freak show 1920's era??

	It is going to end up that you will make your own, most likely. Sorry :-( Try looking at photos online and try to come up with a cheap way of replicating them. Best of luck!
