bullet Topic: read lazy bee?
    Posted: 12/13/09 at 8:26pm
Hi,
Anyone have this problem? I downloaded java and it worked on 1 script. I powered down and the next time it only loads first page of script. I did the whole FAQ thing and everything is fine. Any suggestions? I have emailed them too, but since i heard of them on this site, thought i would try here as well.
Thanks.

I haven't had any problems with reading Lazy Bee scripts on line.  I think if you post something with them , or email them, they will be very eager to accommodate you.

George,
When did you e-mail us?  (I ask because I can't find your e-mail - but then again, I don't know who you are! Smile)

I don't know how the problem you describe could occur.  The only time I've come across a customer with similar problems was a Mac user with a recent version of OSX.  That was a guy in the UK who went away to consult his "technical support" and I didn't hear any further.

The only advice I can give that might have a direct impact on the problem is to get to the "frozen" page, then press the "refresh" button on your browser.  That will force the page to reload, which might deal with a situation where a cached copy of the page (and the java applet) was interfering with the load from the web site.

One of the pieces of advice I give to customers who can't read the scripts on-line is to try on someone else's computer!  (That may sound facetious, but it is a way of confirming whether it's a problem with our site or with a local computer installation, and it also gives the customer a way of reading the script, even if it's not quite as simple as the intended route!)
