We have since closed our production. With all the massive sets one would require to do all the local's and all the time and storage that would take, we couldn't manage the "normal" set up with out a lot of work and money. Our basic concept was to do a lot of the scenic work with a high lume projecter.  For instance, in our opening scene in Kansas (we did the whole black and white to color concept) we had our two sided house (one pre one post tornado) on stage left with a small stage wagon with a piece of picket fence, a seat and the incubator on it up center and projected the rest of the farm, (barn, fields) on the back wall screen.  At professor marvel's we used a wheat field behind his on stage wagon. when we went to munchkin land we added a few accent peices and then a projection etc etc.. we even had a tornado sequence....
