Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: The Producers

    I need some hints or tips for building the pigeons in the coop.  I am not a puppet builder, but if I get some hints to start hopefully I can make them.

	You might want to check your local craft store. They may already have fake birds you can mount on the coop and modify for flapping or movement.
