Anyone seen the stage version of this show? Popular enough for a remake with Steve Martin, but before I start thinking about this show, I thought I'd find out if anyone has either produced this show or seen it and their thoughts for producing this show at a community theater. Thanks!

Ugh...there is a theater in Virginia that is doing it right now. I saw it and really didn't like it. It's long, boring and dated. None of the charm or humor that's in the Steve Martin movie. Would not recommend this to any theater.
