   Please remember:  web-sites are visited by people from different parts of the country and all over the world.  Be specific -- Never assume familiarity. "Fifty miles west of Hartford, Connecticut" tells me more than "located in lovely Livingston county."  (Like hearing a severe-weather report in a strange town, I'm sorry I didn't familiarize myself with your entire state before I visited.)

Likewise, having a theater "in the historic downtown district of Centerville, Ohio" is more clearly understood than having a theater "in the newly-restored Grover building."  (Who's Grover?  An where the heck is his building?)

It's very frustrating having to visit page-after-page of a website to garner simple information ... like an address or phone number!

	You guys have some great websites. I think I clicked on every one here in the thread. I could not resist the perfect opportunity for a shameless plug. Our website can list your productions' cast and crew details in a cross-referenced searchable manner which we think looks pretty professional. 	I started the post here because we were looking for help, comments, suggestions on our redesign for the web site. We took many of your ideas and we thank you very much.
