Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Tom Sawyer

   I would like ideas on the set for Tom Sawyer from anyone who has done this musical.  It's the Ludwig and Schmitz one from Broadway.  Our stage is 12 deep behind the curtain with a 9 foot apron in front of the curtain.  The proscenium opening is 19 feet wide and 9 feet high. No fly space.  The apron is 8 feet wider than the proscenium opening.  There are 2 stage doors. Very little wing space. 

Any suggestions are appreciated.  I would also appreciate links to pictures of set.  I've seen the long clip on MySpace from (I think) the original Broadway production.
