Topic: Spreadsheets for Income/Expenses and Balance Sheet Posted: 3/04/08 at 10:11am |
Hello All,
Does anyone have samples of spreadsheets for maintaining data for Income/Expenses, Balance Sheet, and/or Donations? We're just getting started and it's daunting to do this all from scratch, especially since I'm not sure of what types of accounts and data we need to maintain. Thank you!! |

Thanks!

The easiest I have found is 'Excel' & it can be used for almost all of your theatres needs, resources & assets.
Even controling props, set, costumes, technical equipment & production forms. Such as 'running', 'cue' & the SM show 'net' [WWW] sheets.
I'm sure most of your reuseable resources [people/members] would all have 'exl' on thier MacHines at homes.

Thanks! I'm actually looking for an excel sample spreadsheet to use as a guide for creating ours. Does anyone have one I could look at? (Without your data, of course). Thanks again!

Which version of Excel are you running? Have you looked at Microsoft's website for templates?

Your right Gracie - it is all beyond me these days?
I have exl on my old MacHines, but my guru son updated to XL & I got his hand me down 'puter.
All of my exl files are on the old one & it's not conected to the net anymore.
I keep putting requests for him to add exl to this 'puter, or teyieve my old files for me - to no evail. Beyond him shaking his head & giving me more excuses than a Fridge Mechanic, why the Air Con won't work!
One day I will grasp the nettle & attempt to do it my self!
But I know I will end up making a big 'blue' & pranging up the whole system?

Thank you, Gracie, that's a great idea. I will definitely check out their site for possible templates. I'm currently running Excel 2004 for Mac, Vers. 11.3.7. It's old, but it'll do! :-) Thanks again!
